Hawco relay & Electronic Repairs

Postby kedwardselec on Wed Jul 02, 2014 3:41 pm

We've recently taken on the goodwill and client base from Control Services of Staffordshire who used to repair and supply Hawco (CAL) relays and control boards for the oil stoves. We've enjoyed a long-standing relationship with Keith and his company for many years, and are in a position to carry on offering refurbishment/repair to Aga-Rayburn electronic controls now that Keith has retired.

Edit: We've recently had a batch of controls sent to us which have proved to be in perfect working order when placed on test. To avoid any unneccessary cost or time delay, we would urge customers to have their faults diagnosed, preferably by substitution and by an engineer before sending us the suspect part. It is, at the very least, inconvenient if you refit your serviced part only to find the original fault is still present and turns out to be a mechanical or fuel-based problem!

I'm guessing the AIMS system is a current product still supported by the manufacturer and as such is best left to them.
